International Congress Shield (ICPRFC) reaffirms its commitment to the principles of humanitarian action, the promotion of human rights, and international cooperation.

The organization respectfully requests that the relevant authorities, institutions, and bodies provide appropriate facilitation, cooperation, and necessary assistance to holders of accreditation cards issued by the organization. This is intended to facilitate the legitimate humanitarian and human rights activities carried out by its members and authorized representatives, enabling them to perform their duties safely and effectively, in accordance with relevant international law, national legislation, and applicable regulations.

The organization also invites the competent authorities to verify the authenticity of accreditation cards through official communication channels whenever necessary. It expresses its appreciation for the cooperation and support provided by authorities and international partners in promoting legitimate humanitarian work, protecting human rights, and strengthening international cooperation.

Official Accreditation Verification

In the event of any doubt concerning the authenticity of an identification or accreditation card, or any suspicion of forgery or impersonation, the organization invites the relevant authorities to contact it directly through its official communication channels, providing the cardholder’s name and membership number to verify the accreditation details.

The organization emphasizes that all cooperation and facilitation are subject to the laws and regulations in force in each country.

The organization further confirms that the use of its accreditation cards must remain within the scope of its humanitarian and human rights objectives and activities, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with due respect for the authority of competent bodies and the official procedures established in each country.
